Salon Policy (2024) - Guidelines for Clients

Strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and .

NO WALK-INS are allowed.

You can book online or text 07931867314 as well as via Fresha App and Facebook Page to arrange an appointment.

• Inappropriate request or behaviour is not tolerated in the cabin.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Please come alone if possible unless requiring a carer. 
• Fill up Online Client Consultation form beforehand, or if not please allow time before treatment to fill up the paper form.

• Please inform us through calling or texting on 07931867314, within 24-hours if feeling unwell to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you'll lose your deposit.

We accept cash, card payments, Paypal and bank transfer.

A deposit on some of the treatments  was introduced due to a lot of "NO SHOWS" and not giving enough notice for cancellation (at least 24-hour is required).

Health and Safety is our main priority, we therefore require at least 24-hour Patch Test on the following treatments: 

• Eyelash Extensions
• Brow and Lash Tinting
• Lash Lift
